# 11:00 Jonas got his exam result. He passed, which I am so pleased about. That is amazing considering how difficult things have been for him over that past few years. I have been feeling a bit down today. I think there is just a lot going on, and a lot of change is happening. Moving to a new office is hard for me. I have been through a lot since Covid and I think everything has affected me a lot. In the past I would probably have been fine, but these days I feel very detached from things. I kind of feel like crying today. That is a bit odd in itself, because I am not really sure why.
