### 07:30 Today I am travelling to the office in London. That will be nice. It is nice seeing other people rather than being at home all day. It is so far to travel. It is a shame it costs so much. I just need to deal with the British train system. I am already stuck on the train because of an obstruction on the line. ### 23:50 Today turned out to be a pretty good day. It was good to be in the office. I had a nice time seeing my work colleagues. I also feel like I achieved something. My only bug bear is that HomeBrew have updated Python to version 3.12, and in the process they have removed a bunch of packages that I use all the time. Seriously, what is the point? You are supposed to be making things easier, not the other way around!! Hopefully, someone will sort it out. Ellie from my local cafe near my office gave me a free coffee. That made my day. She is also pretty nice to talk to. I always appreciate people that are happy, kind and have charisma. Much better than those that look grumpy and dower. I have always love cafes and coffee shops. They always feel like my natural place to be. My better than a pub. I also joined a Hiking group on Facebook (Hiking Buddies UK). I like hiking and being outside a lot. In particular mountains and national parks. I have an Easter weekend coming up, and all the usual people that I go out with are busy. I am seriously considering going with some random people instead. I am a bit worried about that. I don't usually get on with large groups of people. I often feel overwhelmed and end up hiding in the corner. I guess I could organise my own event for a limited number of people. That might be a bit easier for me to deal with. I tried an app called "SportPartner" about a month ago. It was the worst app I have ever used. It felt like it had no users, and they wanted to charge you money to receive a message. That message turned out to only be an emoji. Such a pointless waste of money. No wonder there were no users. We'll see what the facebook group is like instead. Still no update from Kate. I am kind of happy about that. At least I am not getting shouted at. I will post her birthday card on 1st March. Then I'll deal with any fallout.
