# 08:00 Jonas has an English exam today. # 12:00 Jonas finished his exam. I am glad he is done. That was his last exam. He did say that it was harder than the last one. I think he is good that it is all over now. # 23:00 I had a counselling session again today. It is weird. My counsellor is pretty easy person to talk to. She is getting me to try out a mindfulness breathing exercise this week. It is actually the same as the one used by the military to fall asleep anywhere and quickly. I am all for sleeping more. My counsellor also wants me to try to keep track of how I feel. I will try to do that here too. I have finally quit Lords Mobile. It was mostly because Tim decided to quit today too. He told me a while ago that he was going to do it. Today turned out to be that day. It is a relief. That game really annoyed me. It was good when there was a group of us that all played today. That group is long gone. Tim was the only reason I still played. It is so boring, and a waste of money. # How I feel today - Relieved - Because of quitting the game. - Happy - Jonas finished his exams.
