### 06:30 I am currently on the bus travelling to the station to catch a train to London. I didn’t sleep that well again last night. My brain decided that it wanted to wake up in the middle of the night because it needed to think. Silly thing. ### 23:00 My day in London was pretty good. It was nice to see some of my work colleagues. It feels like a while since I last saw them. My manager and Alex have been on leave for a while. I didn't see Ellie in the cafe today. I did see Anna, a new Portuguese person that works there. She recognised me and new what I was going to order. That inspires confidence that she'll be good. Maybe i'll see Ellie next time. At lunchtime I went to the Blacks camping shop close to my office. Specifically, the one by St. Pauls Cathedral to look at buying a new, small backpack for hiking. To my surprise the store has a closing down sale where everything has 30% off. That includes Osprey Backpacks, Boots, everything. I managed to buy a Osprey Talon 22 for £93.50. That is a steal for a pack that is new and has a retail price of £135. Remember I said I joined a hiking group called "Hiking Buddies UK". I created my first event for a small hike on Saturday. I said 5 people max. Hopefully, I can cope with that many total strangers. It is very scary, but at least I managed it. We will see how it goes if people actually want to go.
