### 16:00 J is not well today. I suspect some kind of food poisoning. He ate takeaway Pizza from GoGo's last night. He woke up this morning and threw up. It has continued at various points throughout the day. Not good. I hope he gets better soon. He missed a McDonald's shift today because of it. ### 22:30 Tomorrow will be work again. I am only working 3 days this week. I have annual leave to use up before the end of the financial year. I also wrote Kate a massive update message. I sent that. Now I will leave it for a while. I have been pretty good at not sending too many messages. Just with her birthday, I have sent a few. I'll probably wait until my birthday before I sent anything more. Wow. I have been learning Dutch on the Duolingo App. Tim just came along and completed one lesson and it completed the whole course. There were so many really long and complicated words. He has come a really long way with learning the language. He did fix it for me as well. He deleted the course, then started it again and completed up until where I had got to. I am so proud of him. He is doing so well with learning the language.
