# 23:00 I completed my walk up Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons in South Wales. It was a great walk. Such a beautiful walk. It’s a shame I couldn’t see most of it because of the low cloud cover. It was also quite windy. Even so, I had a great time on my own. It only took me 4.5 hours to walk. When I got back, I had lunch at the pub at the campsite. The Ancient Britain. That was the best burger and chips that I have had in a long time. Not expensive either. Because the weather changed and I got back to the campsite early, I decided that I would drive back home, rather than spending another night in a tent in the rain. It only tool 4.5 hours to drive home, and was back by 9pm. Getting out of the car was really hard. My legs were really sore after that.
